The text you paste every day, one click away
ClipBasin keeps a slim dock on the edge of your Windows screen. Click a snippet and it's on your clipboard, ready to paste anywhere with Ctrl+V.
$15 once, after a 15-day free trial.
This demo dock copies to your clipboard like the app does, shown in the app's default Charcoal theme. Hover a snippet to see its text.
How it works
- Add the text you type again and again: replies, addresses, links, sign-offs. Click + at the bottom of the dock.
- Click a snippet in the dock. A green check shows it's on your clipboard.
- Paste it anywhere with Ctrl+V: email, chat, forms, documents.
More than a list of snippets
- Stays out of your way
- Dock it to any screen edge, or let it shrink to a slim tab until you hover. Windows you maximize can stop at the dock instead of sliding under it.
- Sections with their own colors
- Group snippets by job or customer. Collapse a section, or hover its heading to pick from it without opening it.
- Folders and apps too
- Keep the folders and programs you open every day next to your snippets. Hover a folder to see what's inside.
- Your recent copies
- Shows your Windows clipboard history (Win+V) right in the dock. Text you copy from ClipBasin stays out of it.
- Search in the full view
- Open larger cards with a preview of each snippet, type to find one, and press Enter to copy it.
- The same snippets on each PC
- Point ClipBasin at a OneDrive folder on each computer and your snippets follow you. Every PC keeps its own copy, so it works offline.
- Easy to read
- Ten themes, four of them high contrast, with your choice of font and size. Sharp on high-resolution screens and across monitors.

Your snippets stay on your PC
ClipBasin has no accounts, ads or tracking, and it never sends your snippets anywhere. They're saved on your PC and only go somewhere else if you turn on sync with a folder you choose. The only time ClipBasin involves the internet is when Windows checks your Microsoft Store license.
